1343.02 FOUNDRY SAND FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL PROHIBITED.

The use of foundry sand or any foundry sand byproduct as a material for construction, backfill for sidewalks, driveways, streets or lawns, or for building foundations, is prohibited.
