ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS OHIO
1341.01 INSTALLATION OR CONSTRUCTION PROHIBITED.
   The installation or construction of an incinerator in any building or dwelling in the Municipality is hereby prohibited effective January 1, 1973.
