ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS OHIO
1337.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Natural watercourse" means any river, creek, brook or branch and the flood plain thereof.
   (b)   "Lot" means any sublot in a recorded subdivision.
   (c)   "Parcel of land" means any parcel of land other than a lot within the City.
      (Ord. 1973-75. Passed 4-10-73.)
