Air conditioning units requiring the use of water hereafter installed in any commercial establishment within this Municipality must be equipped with a system to provide for the recirculation and re-use within the unit of the water originally used by the unit for cooling purposes, and the installation of any other type of unit is hereby prohibited within the Municipality.
