(a) “Outdoor Swimming Pool(s)” shall mean an artificial water pool of steel, masonry, concrete, aluminum or plastic construction located out of doors, which has a square foot water surface area of three hundred square feet or more, or a depth at any point of more than two feet, or both.
(b) “Structural barrier” shall mean a structure that blocks passage.
