The application for such yard grade permit will be made to the Building and Zoning Director on forms furnished by the Director. In addition, the applicant shall submit topographic maps as required by the Director or the City Engineer. All elevations on such topographic maps shall be referenced to U.S. Geodetic Survey Data. The fee for the yard grade permit shall be in accordance with the following schedule and is payable when the application for such permit is made.

3. Apartments, commercial and industrial | $500.00 base fee for each building of 5,000 square feet or less of foot print area, plus $50.00 additional per 1,000 square feet or fraction thereof over 5,000 square feet |
