1303.99 GENERAL CODE PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Part Thirteen - Building Code or any of the codes adopted or incorporated by reference in this Part Thirteen of these Codified Ordinances, where no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
