931.03 EXEMPTIONS FROM FEES.

Exempt from the EMS service fee are nonresident Midpark High School students, EMS service from the Tri-City Senior Center provided to nonresident members, and such other group(s) which a majority of the members of Council may from time to time determine to exempt. (Ord. 1992-23. Passed 2-25-92.)
