(a) There is hereby established a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day per prisoner for the use of the City Jail facilities for the housing of prisoners by other governmental entities.
(b) The Director of Finance or his or her designee shall keep an accurate record of the use of the City Jail facilities by other governmental entities and shall promptly invoice the governmental entity using such facilities.
(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to accept any and all moneys for the use of City Jail facilities to be deposited into the General Fund.
