915.03 RECREATION DEPARTMENT PROGRAMS.

Fees for Recreation Department programs may be waived by the Recreation Director. Recreation Department programs shall take precedence over all other activities, and any group or activity may be cancelled by reason of pre-emption for a Recreation Department program.
