Before any connection is made, the owner, agent, lessee, tenant, or occupant shall make an application for a permit to the Director of Public Service for the sewer connection. The fee for such permit will be two hundred dollars ($200.00) which shall be payable when the application for a connection is made. The Director shall be charged with the making of an inspection concerning the application and shall keep a permanent record of the applications and permits issued. (Ord. 1988-47.
