Council hereby adopts the Master Street Tree Plan prepared by the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company as the street tree plan for the City. Hereafter, the planting, trimming, caring and replacement of trees within the streets of the City shall be in accordance with the Master Street Tree Plan which shall remain on file in the office of the Director of Public Service.
