904.19 WAIVING OF CHAPTER REQUIREMENTS DURING EMERGENCIES.

In the case of officially declared emergencies, such as windstorms, ice storms, or other disasters, the requirements of this chapter may be waived so that they in no way hinder public and/or private work to restore order in the City. Such work shall follow maintenance standards as outlined by the Director of Public Service.
