The spacing of trees planted along streets will be in accordance with the tree species size classes listed in Section 904.06. No tree shall be planted closer together than the following, except in special plantings designed or approved by the Director of Public Service and the Forester: large trees, fifty feet; medium trees, forty feet; and small trees, thirty feet.
