749.16 NOTICE OF SPILLS, EMERGENCIES, ETC.; REPORTS; CORRECTION OF HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS.
   (a)   The permittee shall notify the City of any spills, leaks, explosions, fires or potential hazards immediately through the dispatcher at 243-1234. No permittee shall fail to notify the City. A written report shall be filed with the City, within thirty days, describing the problem, the reason for the same and any action taken to correct or mitigate the problem, and stating whether there are any long term effects anticipated.
   (b)   If, in the judgment of the Building and Zoning Director or the Fire Division, a hazard to life or property or a fire or explosion hazard exists, the Director or the Division may order the hazard to be immediately corrected. If no action is taken, the site will be closed down until the hazard is corrected.
