(a) The permittee shall have a DANGER sign, as approved by the Fire Division, posted at all sites. Such sign shall list the permittee's name and emergency telephone number.
(b) All voltage electrical boxes shall be locked.
(c) Persons drilling shall take all precautions necessary to minimize fire hazards and the possibility of fire. A minimum of two fire extinguishers shall be maintained at well locations where drilling, servicing or repair work is being conducted. Each such extinguisher shall have a minimum classification of 80BC. Travel distance shall not be more than twenty-five feet.
