749.10 PLUGGING OF ABANDONED WELLS.

All abandoned gas or oil wells must be plugged in the manner prescribed by the Division of Oil and Gas, the laws of the State and this chapter. Such plugging shall be done under the supervision of the Building and Zoning Director and a representative of the Division. (Ord. 1986-6. Passed 4-28-87.)
