745.05 APPEAL.

The decision of the Building Commissioner to revoke a registration may be appealed to the Service Director, by written notice of such intention to appeal filed with the Building Department within ten days of the revocation. The decision of the Service Director shall be final. (Ord. 2012-73. Passed 1-8-13.)
