Upon application, any license required under this chapter shall be issued to the applicant by the Director of Public Service upon payment by the applicant of a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and the furnishing of a bond as hereinafter provided.
Such license shall be issued for a period of one year from January 1 of the year that it is issued and shall expire on December 31 next following the date of issuance.
Such license shall be renewed each year thereafter, for a like period, upon the payment of a license fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
