731.08 GASOLINE: ADVERTISING AND SELLING.
   (a)   All gasoline service stations engaged in business within the City shall display a sign in a prominent location that is visible to passing motorists from all streets bounding each gasoline station indicating the retail price of each grade of gasoline offered for sale. A new sign shall immediately be placed indicating any change in price of gasoline. The term "retail price," as used herein, means the consumer price inclusive of all applicable State and Federal taxes.
   (b)   Each sign shall be two feet by two feet in size, the lettering indicating the price shall be at least six inches in height and the outline shall be not less than one inch in width. Each sign shall have a white background with red, black or other dark-colored lettering.
