721.03 FEE EXCEPTIONS FOR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.

Bona fide charitable organizations shall not be required to pay for the permit provided for in Section 721. 01, but in all other respects such organizations shall be subject to the terms of this chapter. (Ord. 1963-157. Passed 11-26-63.)
