717.09 LICENSE VALIDITY; RENEWAL; FEE.

Each license shall be valid from the date of issue until the first of the next succeeding May but may be renewed upon application to Council and payment of a fee of ten dollars ($10.00). (Ord. 1941-18. Passed 4-14-41.)
