713.17 DRIVER TO BE LICENSED.

No person operating a taxicab within or from the Municipality shall employ as a driver on such taxicab any person other than a driver duly licensed or registered under the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1950-23. Passed 4-24-50.)
