713.07 RULES AND REGULATIONS ESTABLISHED BY MAYOR.

The Mayor is authorized and empowered to establish such reasonable rules and regulations for the inspection of taxicabs and automobiles for hire, and their appurtenances, construction and condition of fitness as he shall deem best for the safety and adequate transportation of passengers and the public in general.
