709.04 REGISTRATION FOR CHARITABLE OR RELIGIOUS CANVASSING.

   A charitable or religious organization shall furnish the following information to the City:

   (a)   The name of the organization;

   (b)   The name, address and the telephone number of the person supervising the activity;

   (c)   The name of an officer or official of the organization;

   (d)   The nature of the charitable or religious purpose of the organization; and

   (e)   A list of the names of persons who will be canvassing.
