ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS OHIO
660.17 USE OF DDT PROHIBITED.
   (a) No person shall use the chemical compound known as DDT as a spray or in any manner by which it is released within the City. (Ord. 1970-51. Passed 4-28-70.)
    (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
