(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized to limit or prohibit the use of water for sprinkling lawns, air conditioning, automobile washing, swimming pools, or for any other use other than sanitary purposes.
(b) The Mayor, upon establishing such regulations, shall cause the same to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the Municipality.
(c) No person shall violate any such regulation or order. (Ord. 1961-71. Passed 11-14-61.)
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
