660.14 TRANSPORTATION OF NOXIOUS SUBSTANCES.

(a) No person shall carry, or cause to be carried, in any vehicle of any type whatsoever, upon the public streets, highways and alleys, any substances or material which by its nature or condition gives off noxious or offensive odors, fumes, smoke or gases. (Ord. 1961-71. Passed 11-14-61.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
