648.11 UNNECESSARY MOTOR VEHICLE NOISE.
   (a)   No person shall use a motor vehicle so as to disturb the good order and quiet of the Municipality by racing the motor of such vehicle, by unnecessarily suddenly stopping or starting the vehicle, by making or causing to be made the emittance from the exhaust system of loud, cracking or chattering noise unusual to its normal operation, by making or causing to be made the tires of the vehicle to squeal, peel or leave tire marks, by blowing or causing to be blown the horn of such vehicle unless the same is necessary for the safe and proper operation of the vehicle, or by making or causing to be made any other loud or unseemly noise.
