§ 110.09 DELINQUENT LICENSE TAX; PENALTY.

   (A)   Those licenses not renewed by October 1 shall be considered delinquent and subject to a delinquency penalty of 10% of the license fee for the month of October, plus an additional 5% penalty of the license fee for each month of delinquency thereafter until paid.

   (B)   After being more than three months delinquent, the licensee shall be punished as provided by §§ 110.12 and 110.99 of this chapter.
