§ 110.12 ENFORCEMENT; LIABILITY FOR COSTS.
   The payment of license taxes levied by this chapter may be enforced by any legal procedures authorized by law. Any person failing to adhere to the provisions contained herein shall be liable for all attorney fees and costs for enforcement.
