It shall be unlawful for any person to swim in the boat channel of the city canal in an area extending from the confines of the uppermost marina to the mean low water mark of the Gulf of Mexico, where the canal empties into the Gulf of Mexico. This prohibition includes the area 100 feet on each side of the jetties at the entrance to the Gulf.
