§ 137.14 PERMISSIVE SALES.
   The provisions of §§ 137.10 through 137.14 do not prohibit sales of air rifles:
   (A)   By wholesale dealers or jobbers;
   (B)   To be shipped out of the state;
   (C)   To be used at a target range operated in accordance with state law or by members of the Armed Services of the United States or veterans’ organizations.
