§ 135.05 PERSONS UNDER 21 ENTERING GAMBLING HOUSES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Prohibition of underage persons in gambling place or house. No person under the age of 21 shall enter any gambling place or house or engage in gambling in any gambling place or house that is located in the city or within one-half miles of the city. Anyone under the age of 21, who is present beyond the first set of turnstiles at the entrance of any gambling place or house will be deemed to be in violation of this section. This division shall not apply to employees of a licensed gambling place or house who are between the ages of 18 through 20. No person under the age of 21 may perform any function that involves gambling by patrons of a gambling place or house.
   (B)   Severability. If any portion of this section shall be deemed invalid, such determination shall not affect the remaining provision of this section, which shall remain in full force and effect.
