Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the following penalties:
(A) A monetary fine up to $750; or
(B) The requirement that the defendant perform up to 150 hours of community service; or
(C) Imprisonment up to six months in a penal institution other than a penitentiary.
