§ 115.12 UNLAWFUL TO DEFRAUD COMPANY.
   Any person who shall obtain transportation in a taxicab licensed under the provisions of this chapter with intent to defraud the owner of the proper fare for such transportation shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $5 for each offense. Proof that any person refuses or neglects to pay for such transportation shall be deemed prima facie evidence of such person's intent to defraud; provided, however, this section shall not apply when an agreement has been entered into in advance for postponement of the time for paying for such transportation.
