§ 115.10 PASSENGERS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the chauffeur of any taxicab to accept as a passenger any person who seeks to use the taxicab, provided such person is sober, clean, afflicted with no loathsome disease, and conducts him or herself in an orderly manner.
   (B)   The chauffeur shall take his or her passengers to their destinations by the most direct and available route from the place where the passengers entered the cab.
