§ 115.08 MINIMUM CABS REQUIRED.

Any person licensed to operate taxicabs in the city shall secure a license for maintaining and operating a minimum of at least two taxicabs in the city which shall be maintained in proper working order for the safe carriage of passengers as provided herein.
