The following license fees shall be paid for taxicabs:
(A) First cab. For the first cab license by any owner, the annual fee is $50;
(B) Additional cabs. For each additional taxicab license for the owner, the annual fee is $25; and
(C) The license fee shall be in addition to any other fees required to be paid by this code and any other ordinance of the city or the law of the state.
