§ 114.47 CLEANING SILVERWARE AND OTHER UTENSILS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person operating or conducting any food dispensing establishment to use any ingredient containing any sodium cyanide, potassium cyanide, oxalic acid, mercuric compound, or other poisonous substances for the cleaning of nickel, copper, silverware, silver-plated ware, or other articles or utensils used for the service or preparation of foods or foodstuffs.
