§ 114.29 REFRIGERATORS.
   All purveyors selling commercial cuts of meats or perishable meat food products shall be equipped with at least one refrigerator or cooling room of adequate size and capacity so as to permit at all times the free circulation of air therein and so as to maintain a temperature of 42°F or lower.
