§ 114.06 WASHING AND TOILET FACILITIES.
   Adequate and convenient washing and toilet facilities shall be provided for employees in all retail food establishments, and the location of the same with reference to their proximity to the place where the business of the establishment is carried on, and to the place where the foods are kept, stored, or served shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Health. In all such places where foods are dispensed for consumption on the premises, such facilities shall include running water, and signs shall be placed in compartments containing any urinal or water closet directing employees to wash their hands before returning to work after visiting such compartments or using such toilet facilities. The signs shall be of a permanent nature, printed, engraved, or stamped on waterproof, non-fragile material, and shall be printed in letters not less than one inch in height. Water closet compartments shall be clean, dry, well lighted and ventilated, and equipped with self-closing doors. Individual towels for all persons employed on the premises shall be provided.
