(A) All employees shall be clean in person and no individual having an infectious disease in a communicable form shall be employed in, or remain in, a retail food establishment in any capacity which will require him or her to handle food or handle dishes or other receptacles in which food is sold or served. The Board of Health may require each employee to submit urine and feces, or other necessary specimens for laboratory examination, to determine the presence of disease. No human carrier of diphtheria, typhus, dysentery, enteritis, paratyphoid, or amoebic dysentery shall be employed in or about the handling of food or the handling of the utensils, dishes, or other receptacles in which food is sold or served.
(B) All persons who are employed in any capacity in which they handle such foods, dishes, or receptacles shall wear garments, suits, or dresses which are clean and of a washable character or nature and used for that purpose only.
