§ 113.31 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TRANSIENT VENDOR. Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association who sells or vends merchandise, chattels, produce, or products at either wholesale or retail without an established or permanent place of business; except, however, that this chapter shall not apply to farmers selling the produce or products raised by them on their own or rented farms.
