Insurance to be provided by the collector affording coverage to the city where appropriate shall include general public liability and property damage insurance and compensation insurance. Certificates evidencing the issuance of the insurance, addressed to the city, shall be filed with the city within ten days after the date of the signing of the collector’s contract.
