§ 114.18 APPLICABILITY; EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   Vendors that must abide by this subchapter include businesses that have a deli or bakery.
   (B)   Exempt from this subchapter, are vendors that provide food at the Superman Festival, the Fort Massac Encampment, and any other city-sponsored events.
