Special permits will be granted under § 74.02 for use strictly on the following streets or highways:
(A) For northbound traffic, North Avenue between l10th Street and Fritz Korte Road.
(B) For southbound traffic, North Avenue between Ritz Korte Road and 12th Street.
(C) US 45 or West 10th Street from the western city limits to Ferry Street.
(D) US 45, also known as Ferry Street, between the intersections of 10th Street and 5th Street.
(E) US 45, also known as East 5th Street, from its intersection with Ferry Street to the easternmost city limits.
(F) Movement of oversized or overweight vehicles on all other city streets, alleys, roadways or highways is expressly prohibited unless accompanied by a valid special permit issued in accordance with this code.
