For the purposes of § 70.05, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SEMITRAILER. Has the same meaning as provided in § 1-187 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 1-187), as amended.
TOW TRUCK. Has the same meaning as provided in § 1-205.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 1-205.1), as amended.
TRUCK TRACTOR. Has the same meaning as provided in § 1-212 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 1-212), as amended.
