§ 115.13 EXEMPTION FOR TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANY SERVICES.

Transportation network company services provided in the City of Metropolis shall be exempt from the provisions of Chapter 115 of the Code of Metropolis governing Taxi Cabs. Transportation network company services are services provided by a Transportation network company including, are not necessarily limited to Lyft and Uber.
