§ 52.003 SUBMISSION.
   (A)   All documentation submitted pursuant to provisions of §§ 52.001 and 52.002 shall be submitted on a timely basis so that the Commuter Rail Board may, without undue delay:
      (1)   Obtain the information required;
      (2)   Analyze this information;
      (3)   Approve or make recommendations concerning the submitted information;
      (4)   Analyze corrective measures, if any, revealed to be necessary by the submitted information, notify any affected carrier and provide a schedule for corrective measures to be taken; and
      (5)   Certify all Commuter Rail Division reports required to be submitted to the appropriate federal agencies.
   (B)   All elements of this procedure shall be consistent with the then applicable federal rules and regulations made and provided therefor.
